从2017年11月18日起，澳洲移民局已不会接受纸章书面申请伴侣（820/309）和未婚夫妻签证（PMV）。
•这两类签证必须要网上提交申请。
•2017年11月17日以后任何澳洲办事处，服务交付伙伴，海外使领馆收到的书面申请将被视为无效。
•2017年11月17日之后提交的书面申请将被退回给申请人。
•申请人将被要求重新在网上提交该签证申请并附上有关证明文件。
•如果申请人已经预支了该书面申请，申请人将需要撤销其付款。

From 18 November 2017, the Department of Immigration would not accept applicants lodging a paper application for the Partner (820/309) and Prospective Marriage Visa (PMV), therefore
• Partner and PMV visas must be lodged online.
• Paper applications received after 17 November 2017 at any office of the Department, Service Delivery Partner, overseas embassy or High Commission will be INVALID.
• Any paper applications submitted after 17 November 2017 will be returned to the applicant.
• The applicant will be asked to submit their visa application online and attach supporting documents.
• Where applicants have pre-paid for an unlodged or now invalid paper application, the applicant will need to revoke their payment.
