UPDATES FOR SC485 VISA

-A clarification has been made by the Department of Home Affairs that a previous secondary SC 485 visa holders can apply for another SC 485 as the primary applicant.
-A SC 485 visa holders would be eligible for a second visa if they had studied, lived and worked in a regional or other regional area for two years under the 1st SC485 visa they held. They must also have completed their Australia study in a regional or other regional education institution to receive their 1st SC485.
