There are five types of 188 visa streams available to suit for your personal situations. They are as below:
188A Business Innovation Visa
This provisional visa is for people with business skills, intend to operate a new or existing business in Australia. This visa provides a permanent resident(888 visa) pathway to the holder of the visa.
188B Business Investor stream
This provisional visa is for people with business ownership and skills or investment skills to invest in the complying significant investment of at least AU$ 2.5 million. This visa provides a permanent residence (888 Visa) pathway to the holder of the visa.
188C Significant Investor Stream
This provisional visa is for people who invest at least AUD5 million in Australian investments that meet specific requirements and maintain investment activity in Australia. This visa provides a permanent residence (888 Visa) pathway to the holder of the visa.
